Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualification

At least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (local or foreign, approved by HEC Pakistan).
Having a Master’s degree or certifications in remittances, trade, or anti-money laundering (like ACAMS, AML, CFT) is a plus.

Required Experience

At least 4 years working in banking or financial services.
Out of that, at least 2 years specifically in home remittances, correspondent banking, international payments, payment processing, or digital/fintech remittances.

Other Skills

Good communication skills.
The ability to think strategically and expand the business.

Main Responsibilities

To drive sustainable revenue growth by implementing strategies to expand the home remittance business and optimize partner performance by NBP Jobs 2026 Apply Now.
To analyze client and market data to identify trends; assess performance and suggest initiatives to boost transaction volumes and revenue.
Oversee onboarding of pharma companies, pricing and partnership agreements, and escalations to ensure all tie-ups are in line with regulatory, policy and operational norms.
To manage fund flows, settlements and financial coordination with remittance partners and stakeholders.
To ensure all remittance partners adhere to AML, KYC, CTF and due diligence standards, and coordinate with Compliance and Operations for risk mitigation.
To liaise with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Legal, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of remittance operations and partner activities.
To support the Wing Head in identifying new business opportunities, developing corridors and converting leads to measurable business outcomes.
To supervise and guide junior staff in handling documentation, partner coordination, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate execution.
To prepare and present dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance analysis for management review.
