Job Description

Faysal Bank Ltd. Is seeking the services of a Relationship Officer to be responsible for the implementation of sales strategy for the acquisition of new customers at the designated branch. He/she will ensure an increase in the number of the bank’s customers and achievement of cross-sell goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and seek to understand their requirements for Faysal Bank.
  • Recommend bank products that will meet their requirements for Faysal Bank.
  • Assist in opening new accounts in accordance with KYC and AML guidelines.
  • Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering legislation, the checklist banks follow to ensure they are not being defrauded.
  • Ensure customers’ files are correct and up-to-date.
  • Achieve monthly goals given to you by your manager.
  • Establish lasting and reliable client relationships.
  • Stay calm and focused during busy work.
  • No team management as per the policy of Faysal Bank.
