Eligibility Criteria

Required Education

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent local or international degree (Bachelor’s) from a university recognized by HEC.

Required Experience:

  • You should have at least 2 years of sales experience in a bank or financial company.
  • If you’ve worked in deposit mobilization (helping the bank collect more customer deposits), that’s a big plus.

Key Skills

  • Good at sales and talking to people.
  • Comfortable traveling and visiting the market regularly.
  • Self-motivated and focused on hitting targets.
  • Familiar with the local area you’ll be working in.
  • Knows banking products well.
  • Good at speaking and writing, and comfortable using Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals for new accounts, deposits, and loans
    Selling other bank products like insurance alongside regular banking (both Conventional and Islamic Banking).
  • Visiting customers and potential customers regularly.
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers and bringing in new ones.
  • Watching customer accounts closely to prevent people from leaving the bank, and offering solutions to keep them.
  • Studying competitors to understand what other banks are offering.
  • Solving customer problems quickly and politely.
  • Reactivating inactive accounts, digital app usage, and ATM cards.
  • Taking part in special customer outreach events.
  • Preparing reports for management.
  • Following all banking rules, laws, and internal procedures by NBP Jobs.
  • Ensuring audit issues are resolved and Islamic Banking rules are properly followed.
  • Completing all tasks on time, as per NBP Jobs policy.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your manager.
