Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualification

Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of solid working experience. Preferably from banking/financial institutions.

Responsibilities
- Visiting project sites to check progress and write reports for NBP Careers.
- Estimating costs for each project or task, following NBP Careers bank policy.
- Reviewing layout plans and discussing changes with the team.
- Preparing bidding documents in accordance with bank procedures by NBP Careers.
- Checking project bills and invoices.
- Coordinating with contractors, branches, and regional offices.
- Issuing valuation certificates for House Building Finance (HBF).
- Supervising construction and renovation work at the bank of NBP Careers.
- Handling any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
