Eligibility Criteria

Required Education

• Master/Bachelor degree in Business Administration (or a comparable Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university accredited by the HEC).

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience after completing your degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of that experience must be in a target-driven sales role.
• A proven track record in field sales, business development, or franchise/dealer network management, preferably in telecom, banking, or reseller networks.

Key Skills

• Ability to independently prospect, approach, and launch new franchise/business locations to expand regional coverage.
• Proven ability to meet and beat predetermined sales and revenue targets.
• Inhabitants of places spread over a wide area within the delegated area to visit regularly for franchise and supervision in the field.
• Over 12 years of broad experience in energising, mentoring, and managing franchisees and a field staff (BEs) network, including inspiring, training, and leading.
• Excellent experience in negotiating and developing local business relationships as well as franchisee relationships.
• Capable of analyzing local performance reports, with the ability to identify lagging KPIs. Able to take immediate corrective actions.
• Excellent communicator and natural leader comfortable working solo in the field.
• Practical experience with MS Office and reporting packages.
• Able to function collaboratively within a team or work independently.

Terms and Condition

• Upon your selection, you will be on a 3 – year contract (which can be extended), subject to 6 months’ probation period.
