The NBP RM Jobs 2026 Bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the following positions in the area of Aitemaad Islamic Banking.

Eligibility Criteria for NBP RM Jobs 2026

Education

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
• Candidates having Commerce Graduation / Islamic Banking qualification/degree or diploma will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 02 years of banking experience, out of which at least 06 months in sales.

Other Skills Required

• People management skills
• Knowledge of banking products, policies and procedures
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & databases
• Sound knowledge of Islamic banking
• Selling skills and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities and meet targets

Main Duties

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets in account opening, deposit generation, deposit retention, deepening of deposits, ts and consumer financing (Mortgage/Auto Financing).
• Ensure Tail Management by activation of dormant accounts, Digital App and ATM, and deepening of Tail accounts.
• Cross-sell or upsell to existing customers to achieve targets.
• Plan and execute daily customer visits (new and existing) to achieve assigned targets.
• Take part in periodic Mass Customer Contact Drives / Market Storming activities.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of banking products and competitive analysis for successful sales pitches.
• Resolve customer queries/issues amicably and efficiently.
• Ensure completion of all mandatory/regulatory requirements for account opening/product sales.
• Ensure all audit requirements and observations (internal & external) are addressed.
• Maintain all related files/documentation and comprehensive records for portfolio.
• Ensure all processes are completed within the specified TAT.
• Ensure compliance with Banking Laws, Regulations, instructions and SOPs, including Shariah Compliance.
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s).
