Eligibility Criteria for Meezan Bank Service Quality Analyst Job
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s from an HEC-recognized University.
- Master’s qualification will be preferred.
- Islamic Finance qualification will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Strong Excel, Basic PowerPoint, some exposure to Power BI.
- Able to easily build dashboards and summarize raw data into a format that is quickly comprehended.
- Senses detection of patterns, trends, or anomalies in customer experience data.
- Knows the size of common Customer Metrics such as CSAT(Customer Satisfaction Level), Resolution Time (Average resolution time for CC related issues), number of complaints, SLA compliance, etc.
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and reporting customer interactions to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare dashboards and performance insights using data.
- Identify service gaps and suggest improvements in service delivery.
- Supporting quality assurance policies and SLA monitoring through performance analysis.
