- Checking and approving money transactions each day, sending correct reports.
- Opening and closing the branch and cash vaults on time, and reporting delays.
- Checking and balancing accounts like vaults, taxes, deposits, and other records.
- Checking pending transactions and telling the manager about problems.
- Handling money transfers between banks/branches, helping teammates on busy days.
- Checking ATM accounts and reporting if money doesn’t match.
- Watching for inactive or unclaimed customer accounts.
- Handling customer complaints quickly.
- Helping plan the branch budget (income, expenses, etc.).
- Keeping financial records correct and up to date to avoid penalties.
- Fixing issues found during audits (checks).
