Eligibility Criteria

Education Background

• Hold a Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Field of study that includes: Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or others closely related.
• Should be obtained from a university acknowledged by the HEC, and the degree should be attested to.
• Relevant professional certifications will be preferred for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) NADRA Jobs 2026.

Job Requirement

• Public sector experience, expertise in digital identity, large-scale digital platforms for nations, service delivery systems for citizens (an extra advantage).
• Experienced in formulating and implementing enterprise-wide IT and digital transformation strategies for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) NADRA Jobs 2026.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing IT and digital transformation strategies, enterprise-wide.
• Demonstrated practical experience in large-scale IT/data center/ enterprise application management, networks, cyber security, digital platform, etc.
• In-depth expertise in the area of IT Governance ( IT Slope), with solid field experience in Information security, Risk management, Business Continuity Management, etc, as well as regulatory policing.
• Have managed a technology portfolio and budget, vendor procurement activity, have established relationships with third-party suppliers, have managed provider SLAs, etc.
• Led cross-functional teams to drive innovation, high performance, and change within the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to develop and carry out effective strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and Leadership skills.

Terms and Conditions

• The candidate will be engaged on a contract basis with 6 months probation period (may be extended as required).
