Job Description

Manage the design, development, enhancement, and performance of assigned liability products by translating strategic direction into executable product initiatives, ensuring Shariah compliance, regulatory adherence, and commercial viability, to support deposit growth, customer engagement, and the Group’s overall liability products strategy of Faysal Bank Jobs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct at least bi-annual analysis of Liability products available in domestic and international markets as a basis for identifying gaps and/or opportunities within the Faysal Bank Jobs product offering.
• Present desired input to the Unit Head for New Business, Partnerships, and Process Improvements in Faysal Bank Jobs.
• Leverage customer feedback, focus groups, data analysis reports, and internal corporate information as devices for developing new products, modifying current attributes of current products,s and rationalizing the current product of Faysal Bank Jobs.
• Translate the Liability product strategy into specific product plans, specifications, business requirements, and implementation plans.
• Is responsible for the full product development lifecycle for liability products. This covers product design, Shariah and regulatory approval, system configuration, testing, and go-to-market.
• Introduced tailor-made and value-add liability offerings for all segments like salaried, self-employed, Commercial and SME, and professionals to remain competitive and target a higher market share.
• Consulted with the Shariah Compliance, Legal and Finance Units during product design & modification to ensure Islamic Banking concept and sound financial management.
• Created product packages and value propositions that improve customer convenience, enable cross-selling of the Bank’s products (Ex,. Autos, Housing Finance, Cards, etc.), and profitability.
• Coordinate the development and consistent updating of the Standard Operating Procedures(SOP), operating process flows, system set parameters,s andmarketing collaterals of the Faysal Bank Jobs Bank’s liability products with internal/external parties.
• Work with front-end sales channel team for planning and conducting product campaigns that reach the right target, and report performance periodically.
• Ensure the monitoring of sales scorecards of Relationship Managers/Officerensuring that they are in line with business performance targets.
• Foster positive working relations with external parties, such as vendors, credit bureaus, insurance partners, etc., involved within the liability products framework.
• Create and present presentations and analytical briefs on products, initiatives, and pipeline proposals to Senior Management.
• Align product approval activities to regulatory requirements, Shboard submissions, and internal governance forums to facilitate smooth and proactive product launches. Generate reports on product performance, business cases, and management presentations based on accurate calculations, trends, and insights.
• Monitor the continued adherence of liability products through policy reviews, audit observations, control checks,k etc to avoid operational, regulatory, and reputation risks.
• Assist in women’s financial inclusion and financial literacy initiatives of assigned products applying inclusive design principles and targeted propositions towards various inclusion goals.
• The entire liability product suite of the bank is to be made fully compliant with the internal policies and Shariah and SBP guidelines.
• Oversee the implementation and tracking of any government- or SBP initiated/ driven programs concerning Liability Products.
• In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, prepare reports and compliance data for submission to SBP or internal management.
• Meetings with regulators and auditors, reporting on product compliance, portfolio, and operations.
