Eligibility Criteria For Assistant Product Manager NBP Jobs 2026
Required Education
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC Pakistan.
- Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certification(s) preferred for Assistant Product Manager NBP Jobs 2026.

Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years in Banking and/or Financial Institutions and/or Telecom and/or Fintech and/or relevant field.
- Of which, a minimum of 1 year in Customer Onboarding and/or Digital Onboarding and/or Roshan Digital Account and/or UI/UX.
- Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Roshan Digital Account.

Other Skills
- Manage day-to-day operations of the RDA product suite.
- Researched the banking needs of the different diasporas, bank offers in the market, and remittance patterns across the world.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and any other regulations required for RDA.
- Ability to coordinate with marketing to design and execute campaigns targeting overseas Pakistanis.

Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of RDA product initiatives aligned with the Bank’s digital banking strategy.
- Provide support in monitoring and improving end-to-end customer experiences in digital onboarding channels (Mobile App and Web).
- Monitor the volume of new accounts opened, conversion rates throughout the onboarding process, activation rates, and metrics measuring client engagement.
- Upon reviewing customer feedback, complaints, articles, package drop-off sources, and check-in instructions, analyze when to improve customer service wait time, increase education, and optimize check-in product placement, and when to excel.
- Help prepare/maintain Product Program Documents (PPDs), BRDs, SOPs, process flows, product documentation, and the like. Assistant Product Manager NBP Jobs 2026.
- Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive product improvements and ensure compliance.
